  This is the second time I have used this company because of how much I loved the first floor they put in for me. This time there was a mistake and they actually put in the wrong color. Mike, the rep I was dealing with, immediately took ownership of the mistake and had a crew out the next day to re-do the floor in time for movers I had scheduled. The new floor now looks amazing and I really respect that they made everything right so quickly and respectfully.   Great experience! All aspects of the process were on-time and professional. And the outcome is better than I expected. Austin made a suggestion to change our flake color and I'm glad I followed his advise; it looks terrific. Everyone was very nice and met their promises to return the next day to complete our project.
